Carbon Emissions Flat for Third Straight Year


It is good news that the rate of emissions is not accelerating like it had been.  They tide may be starting to turn.  But, the current rate of emissions is not sustainable.  We need to work on reducing emissions while the population is growing while improving standards of living.  This will take a lot of work!  We need to make HASTE!
